A: From start to finish it is about two years, though it can be shorter or longer.

Q: How do you get paid?

A: For Social Security disability, we only get paid when we win. Since the process takes a long time to get benefits, they will usually owe the client for the months they have been waiting. We get 25% of that money or $6,000 whichever is less.

Q: How much do you charge for wills/trusts?

A: If you just want one or the other they start at $400. If you want both and are single it is about $600. If it is for a couple, it is about $800. The will/trust combination package includes: Will, Trust, Medical Living Will, Medical Power of Attorney, General Power of Attorney, and Memorandum of Disposition.
